As part of the AEA Job Bank services, we are hosting a recruitment fair in the on-site Job Bank on Friday, November 7th from 9 am - 1pm in Pavillion A at John Ascuaga's Nugget.
For recruiters/representatives: If your organization has a need for evaluation professionals on your staff, or has internships available that are appropriate to evaluation students, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment fair. The recruitment fair will offer an opportunity for your organization's staff to let evaluation professionals know about your organization, share current opportunities with job seekers, meet current job seekers face to face, and conduct informal interviews with potential candidates. Recruiters will be provided with a table space at no cost, on which they may display job announcements and organization information. Names of organizations participating in the recruitment fair will be posted in the Job Bank throughout the week, and sign up sheets for informational interviews will be available during the entire conference. In addition, recruitment staff who are not attending the conference will be admitted to the Job Bank on Friday at no cost. If you would like to participate or have questions about participation, please e-mail Nicole Vicinanza at (email@example.com <mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org> ) by Monday, October 20th The AEA Job Bank is historically well attended, with hundreds of participants each year, representing a wide range of evaluation skills and expertise. We hope you will take advantage of this exciting (and FREE) opportunity to recruit candidates and share information about your organization!
For job/internship seekers: If you are seeking to participate in the recruitment fair, check in at the job bank at your earliest convenience. There you will find sign up lists for face-to-face informational interviews to take place on Friday, November 7. Sign up for interviews as soon as possible as spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you bring a copy of your resume to each informational interview.
